Laboratory equipments in Mongolia has started to improve drastically from early 2000s, and Mongolia saw a rapid progress from manual blood analysis methodology that took hours and days to full automatic analyzers that pressures the process into a few hours.

Officially, 2010-2015 had been announced from the MOH for improvement of the laboratory equipment quality. So far, Proliance has made its contribution through brands such as Sysmex, which is the current global leader in the field, Sakura Finetek, and Leica from Germany
